Trekking in the field of chemistry for exploring the nation

INTRODUCTION

Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) is organizing NAST Conference on Frontiers in Chemical Sciences 2020 to be held during 21-22 April, 2020 (B.S. 2077 Baisakh 9-10). The conference will provide a platform for Nepalese researchers to share, debate and learn about different fields in chemistry. A few invited international delegates will deliver speech to encourage the researchers, aware recent advances in chemistry and build up mutual cooperation. The organizing committee welcomes all chemistry and chemistry related students, researchers, chemists, scientists, professors, academicians, delegates and business professionals from Nepal and aboard to attend the conference. The conference will incorporates keynote speech, plenary lectures, invited lectures, oral talks, poster displays and exhibitions. 

OBJECTIVES

INVITATION

NAST Conference on Frontiers in Chemical Sciences 2020 will be held on 21-22 April, 2020 with a slogan of “Trekking in the field of chemistry for exploring the nation”. The purpose of this conference is to bring a mass of students, researchers, chemists, scientists, professors, academicians and business professionals working in the fields of chemistry in single platform to share knowledge and findings. They can debate, gain new knowledge, avoid research duplication and receive way forward from the problems encountered. Use this conference to strengthen your network with other chemists, exchange experiences and update yourself with the recent advances and future prospective in chemistry. We anticipate your participation with an oral or poster presentation in the event. The organizing committee cordially invite you to participate in the conference for contributing in national development by exploring new dimensions in chemistry. 

MODES OF PRESENTATION

English is the official language of the NAST Conference on Frontiers in Chemical Sciences 2020. All abstract submissions and presentations are must be in English. The choice of language in a Keynote speech depends on the distinguished speaker. Around 200 participants are expected to be present in the conference presenting their research by oral or poster presentations. Except Keynote and Plenary lectures, presentation duration (including queries) for invited lectures and oral talks will be 30 and 15 minutes, respectively. For poster displaying, prepare your poster in a standard size and format. Submit your abstract of invited lectures, oral talks or poster presentations using the abstract template that can be downloaded via the internet and send at nast.cfcs@nast.gov.np.

REGISTRATION 

Registration fee for the event is NRs. 1000/person. Registration fee includes access to all sessions, tea and cookies during breaks, lunch tickets and conference kit. Once your abstract is accepted by the organizing committee, please deposit the registration fee in a bank and then register your name sending an email at nast.cfcs@nast.gov.np attaching a scan copy of the bank deposition slip for the confirmation.
